We called and tried to get this fixed and Candace Spivey and her boss both stated they wouldn't do shit. Once home my husband gets under the trailer to see what he needs to do and finds there aren't even any metal plates holding the d rings in place! Literally attached to the plywood. I told him to leave it but if we left it they would have taken our 50% deposit. My husband thought it would be easy just to move them himself so he took the trailer.
She stated the d rings were placed in the standard place and could not be moved. The manager and I say that lightly Candace Spivey refused to have the d rings moved, she refused to let us leave that trailer and order a new one. When we got there to pick up the trailer the d rings were placed incorrectly. Went yesterday to pick up a trailer we ordered 3 weeks ago. By far the worst experience in my life with these people and this shoty company. If I could give these people zero stars and write a review I would. Don't buy from these people ! They are crooks! All they had to do was fix the trailer but they were rude, crude and basically gave me the finger through the phone.
